Also, L.L.M, Comparative Jurisprudence from the Higher Judicial Institute and L.L.M (Hons), Corporate law & International Trade, Nottingham Law School, UK. Executive Diploma in leadership, INSEAD Business School. Also, Executive Program in legal Leadership, Harvard Law School.
Since 2000 he worked as licensed barrister in one of the GCC law firm, early 2005 joined the Saudi Capital Market Authority as legal consultant at the Securities Disputes committees, early 2009 he appointed as first head of Appeal Committee Studies, then he joined Ma’aden early 2012 as Legal & Corporate Governance Adviser, then he appointed as Company Secretary. On 2016, he was assigned as the first Secretary- General of the Saudi Bar Association.
He concluded many researches, delivered seminars, participated in number of conferences on Corporate Governance His experience shapes while he worked closely in projects with numbers of consulting firms. He served in many Boards and Committees, such as: STC’s Governance & Risk Committee, Ma’aden infrastructure Company and Ma’aden Shared Services Panel.
