Hassan Ali Radhi, Senior Partner of Hassan Radhi & Associates LLB from University of Mohammed V. Rabat, Morocco and PhD in Law from University of London. Licensed to practice as attorney before all levels of Bahrain Courts. He practices in various areas such as Banking & Finance, Commercial, Insurance, Maritime and Contract Law. As a practicing arbitrator in ad-hoc and institutional arbitration, he has handled numerous domestic and international commercial arbitrations as counsel or arbitrator which include arbitrations under ICC, LCIA, DIAC and GCC Arbitration Centre as co-arbitrator, sole arbitrator or chairman of arbitral tribunals.
