Dr Ahmad Alkhamees is a Saudi qualified lawyer, certified arbitrator, and a former judge in Riyadh's General Court. He holds a B.A in Shari'ah law, Master in Comparative Jurisprudence, LLM in Advance Legal Studies and a PhD in the area of Islamic Finance and Financial Regulation from University of Warwick. He has extensive experience in litigation, arbitration, family business. He has various publications, most important of which is his recent book titled "Creative Compliance in the Islamic finance industry, and "Disputes between Stockbrokers and Investors in The Saudi Capital Market", and 'International Arbitration and Shari'a Law: Context, Scope, and Intersections'
